Germany: Roman-Germanic Museum in Cologne

On Tuesday I got six postcards: two from Germany, one from Japan, one from Hong Kong and two from France.

One of the cards from Germany shows the Roman-Germanic Museum in Cologne. The Roman-Germanic Museum is an archaeological museum. It was built around the famous Dionysus mosaic and has a large collection of artifacts from the Roman settlement of Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium. The museum was established in 1946 and is housed in a new building since 1974.

Thank You very much Marcel!
