On Tuesday I got four postcards from the Czech Republic.
One of them shows the Little Witch and Abraxas. The Little Witch and Abraxas are the main characters in a popular Czech TV bedtime story by Zdeněk Smetana. The story tells of a young witch joining a witches' dance without permission and being forced to become a "good" witch within a year. But she misunderstands the "good" and during the next year she helps many people, although she actually should do bad things.
