Germany: Speicherstadt

Today I got two postcards from Germany.

One of them shows the Speicherstadt in Hamburg. The Speicherstadt was built between 1883 and 1927. It is the World's largest warehouse district where the building stand on timber-pile foundations. Since last Sunday are the Speicherstadt and the Kontorhaus District with the Chilehaus on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Stamp:

Thank You very much Gerald!
