Taiwan: Century Eggs

On Thursday I got eight postcards: one from Taiwan, three from Germany, one from Spain, one from Norway, one from Slovenia and one from Japan.

The card from Taiwan shows Century Eggs. Century Eggs are a delicacy of the Chinese Cuisine. They are made by the preservation of eggs in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, quicklime and rice hulls for some weeks.
It is an official card: TW-1595205

Stamp:
Year of the Dragon (from set of two) (issued 01-12-2011)

Thank You very much Ling Ling!
